What matters most to enterprise buyers?
- Mixed estates. Most large companies will run agents from more than one vendor. A collaboration layer should not require them to be rebuilt on one platform.
- Identity and authority. You need to know which agent did what, when, and under whose authority, including when one agent delegates to another.
- Isolation. Personal, team and organization boundaries should be enforced by the platform, not by convention.
- People in the loop. Approval, override and audit should happen where the work is happening.
- Commercials. Know what is published and what is by quote before you run a proof of concept.
What should you ask any vendor?
- Which of our current agent platforms connect natively, and which need custom work?
- What happens to a message if the receiving agent is down? How does it catch up?
- How do you prevent two agents from looping?
- Can we see the full delegation chain for an action?
- Which deployment options are available to us, and which compliance documents can you share?
